We are looking for Landscape Supervisor to join out team.

• →Supervising and supporting the gardening team, ensuring daily tasks are completed to a high standard.
• →Planning and organising daily work schedules and monitoring team performance.
• →Training, mentoring, and onboarding new team members.
• →Overseeing the maintenance of gardens and landscaped areas, including planting, pruning, mowing, watering, and pest control.
• →Monitoring plant health and ensuring the safe use and maintenance of gardening equipment.
• →Assisting with landscaping projects, budgeting, and purchasing of plants and materials.
• →Working closely with other departments to maintain the resort's outdoor areas.
• →Ensuring health and safety standards are followed at all times.

• Experienced in gardening, landscaping, or a similar supervisory role.
• Confident leading, motivating, and developing a team.
• Knowledgeable about plants, landscaping, and garden maintenance.
• Able to operate gardening equipment safely.
• Fluent in English and comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• A strong communicator with good problem-solving skills.
• In possession of a valid driver's licence.
• Flexible, proactive, and committed to delivering high standards.
