As an ARD:

What You’ll Do

Be the go-to leader for all Retreat operations when the Retreat Director is away
Set the standard — crush your own sales goals while helping the team hit theirs
Coach, motivate, and develop team members to perform at their best
Build an upbeat, service-driven environment where guests feel valued and welcomed
Consistently meet and exceed sales metrics

What You Bring

At least 2 years of sales + retail management experience
Experience managing hourly teams (you know how to lead people, not just processes)
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
A people-first mindset with exceptional guest service instincts
Solid computer skills and comfort with standard software
Bonus points for industry experience
A talent for training, coaching, and navigating tough moments with confidence
