Job Summary

Position requires good leadership, communication, customer service, and basic computer skills. Duties include supervising rental shop operations and monitoring up to 20 staff members, assisting with staff hiring and training, upholding safety and customer service standards, and performing other duties as assigned by management. Responsibilities also include renting out mountain sports equipment, including skis, snowboards, boots, helmets, and bikes, depending on the season (summer/winter). Experience with ski and snowboard equipment is preferred. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Position requires the ability to work outdoors, handle cash transactions, stand for extended periods of time, and consistently lift 10 or more pounds throughout the shift. Must be at least 18 years old.

Required

• Current rental binding certifications (training provided)

• Ideal candidate will have prior experience supervising staff in a fast-moving environment

Days:

Compensation

• Pay: $15.00/Hour

Core Responsibilities

• Work with Rental Shop Manager to train new hires, schedule, and maintain daily activities and monitor progress
• Monitor all rental/repair shop activities in the absence of manager
• Document guest and employee incidents
• Reconcile cash drawer at beginning and/or end of shift
• Other duties as assigned by management
