Do you have experience dispatching in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or another skilled trade? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, precision scheduling, and excellent communication make all the difference?

As our Production Dispatcher, you’ll be the hub of our daily operations—balancing technician schedules, job timelines, and customer communications to ensure projects stay on track and homeowners stay informed.

You will:

• Schedule and dispatch roofing crews, repair techs, and site supervisors
• Monitor daily workloads and adjust in real-time as needed
• Deconflict crew assignments and resolve scheduling issues efficiently
• Provide friendly, timely updates to customers about their project status
• Use tools like Zuper, HubSpot, and internal platforms to manage workflows
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to drive on-time delivery and exceptional service

• 2+ years dispatching experience in home services (HVAC, electric, plumbing, or roofing preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A calm, organized, and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Tech-savvy with scheduling, CRM, and field service software (experience with Zuper a plus)
• Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and exceptional customer service
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities without dropping the ball
