Nutritionist / Registered Dietician (RD or RDN)

Maven is looking for a mission-driven, empathetic nutritionist (RD or RDN) to support our members through virtual care services. 

As a Maven provider, you will have the opportunity to meet with members across the world, scaling impact and healthcare access nationally. You will be joining a curated provider network spanning 30+ specialties and 350+ subspecialties to deliver holistic, high value care.

• →Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 20-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging around:  
  • →Weight loss/weight gain concerns
  • →Prenatal counseling
  • →Gestational diabetes results and testing
  • →Preparation for breastfeeding nutrition
  • →Prenatal / Postpartum/ Fertility nutrition 
  • →PCOS
  • →Special diets
• →Collaborate with Maven’s Care Advocate team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals, follow-ups, etc.
• →Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model, providing culturally humble care and championing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone.

• RD or RDN license 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing patient care or support within a practice, clinic, or hospital that addresses reproductive health
• Awareness and understanding of cultural sensitivities related to reproductive healthcare
• Flexible and collaborative working style
• Experience or demonstrated interest in healthcare innovation, digital health, or tele-health
• Awareness of the key differences between maternal care systems across countries
• Candidates located in CA, CT, IL, NJ, NY, MA, MD, OR cannot be considered for our provider network at this time

• Expand your practice. Supplement your regular practice through Maven’s proprietary, secure telehealth platform:
• Provide care via video and private messaging
• Participate in unique opportunities, e.g. moderating community forums, leading virtual member classes, writing or reviewing educational articles 
• In-person referrals to your practice 
• Training & events. Optional participation in Maven sponsored lectures, panels, and/or other speaking opportunities as needed

This is a 1099, contract position. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications for the role, specialization, and contract type
