Help develop and maintain a corporate culture that supports the mission and values of Mayfield Clinic.
Maintain a patient treatment schedule consistent with the needs of the facility.
Confer with the person(s) most closely associated with the active
management of the patient and keep them informed of any additional
patient treatment modification, and/or progress.
Prepare Evaluation reports/summaries.
Prepare Discharge reports/summaries
Provide Progress reports to referring physicians and agencies
