We are looking for a Senior Client Coordinator to join our global team responsible for coordinating service delivery for Forvis Mazars' international clients.

In this role, you will play a key part in managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth coordination of cross-functional activities. You will monitor service delivery, support client reporting, prepare documentation and presentations for governance meetings, coordinate contracting and invoicing processes, and maintain project-related documentation across internal platforms. Working closely with international stakeholders, you will help drive operational excellence, ensure high-quality client service, and contribute to the continuous improvement of coordination processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration. Professional qualifications (ACCA or equivalent) represent an advantage;
  • 4-6+ years of experience in Accounting, Tax or Finance within a multinational company, Shared Service Center ;
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, IFRS and/or local GAAP;
  • Experience with international tax accounting, indirect tax compliance and transfer pricing compliance;
  • Experience working with multinational clients across multiple jurisdictions and industries.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems;
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent stakeholder management, client relationship and communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating activities, reviewing deliverables and supporting junior team members.
  • Technology-oriented mindset with interest in automation, process optimization and digital tools.
  • Fluent English and other language represent an advantage;
  • Manage end-to-end accounting and tax services for an international portfolio of clients across multiple industries;
  • Lead client onboarding activities by defining reporting requirements, supporting process implementation and ensuring a smooth transition into operations;
  • Prepare and review accounting records, financial reporting packages, reconciliations, treasury forecasts and statutory reporting;
  • Coordinate the preparation of annual financial statements, statutory accounts and recurring compliance obligations;
  • Manage international tax accounting, indirect tax and transfer pricing compliance activities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations;
  • Monitor service delivery, reporting quality and client commitments, ensuring timely and accurate execution;
  • Coordinate invoice monitoring, reporting activities and contract-related support for assigned clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, organize governance meetings, monitor action plans and maintain strong stakeholder relationships;
  • Identify operational risks, troubleshoot issues and implement appropriate mitigation actions.
  • Drive process standardization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives across accounting and tax operations;
  • Review the work of junior colleagues, provide coaching and support their professional development.
  • Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused services while ensuring compliance with internal policies and quality standards;
