Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced manager to lead a modern Finance function within a growing international organization. The position blends responsibility for accounting, financial and management reporting and the continuous improvement of financial processes.

The role ideally suits a finance professional with strong leadership experience who values ownership, transformation, and exposure to an international business environment.  Play a key role within the organization, reporting directly to the senior leadership and contributing to strategic decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics
• Expert Accountant qualification (CECCAR membership) is mandatory
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong experience coordinating accounting and reporting activities across multiple legal entities and intercompany structures.

• Deep knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards, tax legislation, and statutory reporting requirements, with the ability to apply them effectively in complex business environments.
• Experience in the implementation, or migration of accounting and financial ERP systems. NetSuite experience is an advantage.

• Excellent proficiency in communicating in English

• →Coordinate Finance activities across multiple legal entities, and intercompany operations, including consolidated financial reporting and preparation of information required for statutory accounting and external audits purposes
• →Provide senior leadership with clear reporting on financial performance, emerging risks, and relevant financial insights
• →Support the senior leadership team with financial expertise, guidance, and informed decision making, accompanied by actionable recommendations to address existing risks and issues, increase productivity, and optimize costs
• →Develop and manage an effective financial control framework
• →Act as the Finance representative for the business, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, proactively addressing financial matters, and supporting informed decision-making across the organization.
• →Uphold strong financial governance by supporting both internal assurance activities and external financial audits
• →Maintain compliance with local statutory reporting obligations, group requirements, tax and all other relevant financial regulations
• →Lead, supervise, and develop a team of Finance professionals
• →Encourage a Finance culture focused on accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
