Responsibilities

→Degree holder in any disciplines or IVE graduates
→Registered student or member of HKCGI / CGI
→With at least 1 year’s working experience in handling company secretarial matters of Hong Kong and overseas companies, preferably with professional firms
→Proficiency in CSA program application or similar software will be a bonus
→Self-motivated, detail-minded, independent and ability to accomplish tasks under tight deadline
→Good command of both English and Chinese
→Candidates will be considered for a position commensurate with relevant experience
→We also welcome applications from candidates without relevant experience but would like to commence their career path in the field of company secretary / corporate governance officer.
