Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about helping people feel welcome? Olson Family Dentistry is looking for a Front Desk Professional to help create an outstanding experience for every patient.

As the first point of contact, you’ll set the tone for each visit while helping keep our front office organized and running smoothly.

  Welcome patients and assist with check-in and check-out.

• →

  Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient communications.

• →

  Verify patient information and coordinate insurance verification.

• →

  Assist with billing questions, collect payments, and maintain accurate patient records.

• →

  Communicate with the clinical team to support patient flow.

• →

  Keep the front office welcoming, organized, and professional.
