McBride Consulting has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Logistics Manager providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/ISR SOF (AFLCMC/HB). The Air Force Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Special Operations (PEO ISR SOF) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility to manage and execute the modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the ISR SOF portfolio, which includes over 200 programs for the United States Air Force (USAF) and foreign allies. AFLCMC/PEO ISR SOF is headquartered at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH with geographically separated operating units CONUS and OCONUS. This position supports the AWACS (E3), Wedgetail (E7), and the International Airborne Battle Management Command and Control (FMS) Division; AFLCMC/WIW. The WIW Division is located at Tinker AFB, OK, and Hanscom AFB, MA, with dispersed support at Eglin AFB, FL, Seattle, WA, San Antonio, TX, and several OCONUS locations. This is a full-time position located at Fort Meade, MD. Duties to include but not limited to: Lead and execute logistics management operations supporting mission requirements and designated programs. Provide logistics inputs to Request for Proposals (RFPs), including system specifications, Statements of Work (SOWs), System Requirements Documents (SRDs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Market Research, ESIS, and Acquisition Strategy Panel (ASP) documentation Conduct validation and documentation on Logistics Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) deliverables Identify critical logistics needs including funding, manpower, materials, facilities, and services. Develop and align logistics requirements with DoD and USAF policy and procedures. Lead and participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and cross-functional groups. Assess and implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain assurance and Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM). Conduct and document Logistics Health Assessments (LHAs). Support or lead development and updates to Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP). Manage and implement Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) programs. Ensure compliance with Asset Management and Material Accountability policies. Prepare and present alternative logistics strategies in response to changes in funding, schedules, or program direction. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for planning, analysis, and reporting (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). Requirements Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Preferred Qualifications Clearance: Must have a Secret Clearance Education: Bachelor's degree in a professional discipline from an accredited educational program and 12 years of directly related experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD OR, Master’s Degree in a professional engineering discipline and 8 years of directly related experience with 3 years of experience in a DoD setting Significant acquisition logistics experience supporting DoD acquisition programs Experience supporting aircraft programs, preferably AWACS (E3) and/or Wedgetail (E7) platforms Experience with subcontract management in support of acquisition and sustainment activities Experience supporting TOMA/TODA (Technical Order Management Agent / Technical Order Distribution Account) activities Experience with CDRL management and Technical Order Management processes Experience developing and maintaining logistics planning documentation and sustainment strategies Experience supporting acquisition logistics activities throughout the program lifecycle Experience participating in acquisition program office functions supporting Major Acquisition Programs of Record (MDAP) Experience supporting Government reporting requirements related to Technical Orders and sustainment documentation Possess comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of systems acquisition defined in DoDI 5000.02 and 5000.75, including an understanding of roles and relationships within the DoD and the Air Force Additional Information: Location: Fort Meade, MD Worksite Type: Onsite Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Vision insurance
