The Automotive Technology department is seeking a positive, supportive, and dynamic Automotive Technology Instructor to teach a diverse community of learners. Preference will be given to candidates who are committed to student success, equity, inclusion and the use of the classroom/lab experience to enhance workplace understanding and performance.

Teach a variety of classes in the Automotive Technology program at the Applied Technology Center.
Applicants must meet the minimum program qualifications as well as be ASE Certified.

Requirements

8 years full-time related occupational experience or approved Journey- worker status plus ASE
certification
OR
4 years full-time related occupational experience and an Associate’s degree in career field plus ASE
certification.
OR
2 years full-time related occupational experience and a Bachelor’s degree in the discipline or in a
related discipline plus ASE certification.
