✓7+ years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, hotels, or resort environments.

✓Strong working knowledge of employment law and compliance best practices.

✓HRIS experience required (Paylocity preferred).

✓Spanish fluency (written and spoken) is a strong plus.

✓Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

✓High level of discretion and professionalism.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $175,000

Requirements

Regular computer use; occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
