Our Tolleson, AZ Distribution Center is seeking dynamic and motivated driver professionals to join our growing team. This role offers the perfect balance of independence, client interaction, and meaningful work delivering essential healthcare products. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00am until route completion (home daily with weekends off!)
Base Pay: $21.33/hr - $22.31/hr
Earning Potential: Earn up to 10% additional incentive pay for meeting goals, with stretch opportunities for an extra 6% (paid every 4 weeks)
Location: Tolleson, AZ area with local routes

Responsibilities

→Build Relationships: Represent McKesson while delivering critical healthcare products to our clients. Enjoy working outdoors and interacting face-to-face with healthcare providers rather than being desk-bound.
→Deliver with Purpose: Transport life-changing medical supplies and pharmaceuticals that directly impact patient care throughout the Portland metropolitan area.
→Keep Your Edge: Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

→Always Learning: We offer on the job training to certify you in driving our power industrial equipment, specialized processes and certify you to operate our advanced automation.

REQUIRED:
- Current valid US Driver's License Class D
- Ability to maintain a safe driving history
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Physical capability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to alternate between sitting and standing for extended periods (3+ hours each)
- Must meet and maintain DOT physical requirements

PREFERRED:
- 1-2 years of professional driving experience
- Strong verbal communication skills for client interaction
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability
- Experience in logistics, delivery, or healthcare industries
