Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning, administers and directs all location activities related to the maintenance of the facility
• Maintains strong communication with direct reports and delivers a direct / specific standard to be met at the unit; hands on management of the operation
• Tours and inspects the facility to ensure cleanliness requirements are met in a timely fashion 
• Oversight of job orders and specifications to understand the materials and labor required to complete a task within each area respectively within budgetary guidelines
• Assure that management have the equipment and supplies necessary to perform daily tasks to increase client satisfaction
• Assist and maintain interaction with the client on the unit level and maintain effective client and customer relations al all levels within the organization
• Assist and understand the forecasts and explain any budgetary variances in agreeance with the Director of Custodial services
• Assist with the compliance with all contractual obligations as assigned by the Director
• Contribute to the overall success of housekeeping operations by creating a work environment that encourages respect for team members and development of skills
