Role: Clinical Nutrition Manager

Location: Archbold Health System (Thomasville, GA) relocation assistance available

Salary: $110,000 - $115,000 annually

The Clinical Nutrition Manager will provide leadership and oversight for clinical nutrition services across Archbold Health System, supporting the main acute care hospital and four long-term care facilities. This position offers the opportunity to lead nutrition services across a diverse continuum of care while working collaboratively with facility leadership, interdisciplinary teams, and Registered Dietitian Nutritionists.

The Clinical Nutrition Manager will be responsible for:

• Providing clinical and operational leadership for RDNs supporting the acute care hospital and four long-term care facilities.
• Ensuring consistent, high-quality nutrition care across acute and long-term care settings.
• Supporting regulatory readiness and compliance with applicable CMS, Joint Commission, state, and facility requirements.
• Overseeing clinical nutrition policies, procedures, documentation standards, competencies, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Providing leadership for nutrition screening, assessment, malnutrition identification and intervention, nutrition support, and other clinical nutrition programs.
• Collaborating with nursing, medical staff, food and nutrition services, quality, administration, and other interdisciplinary partners.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, mentoring, and professional development of the clinical nutrition team.
• Monitoring staffing and workload across facilities and helping allocate clinical resources based on patient and resident needs.
• Participating in interdisciplinary committees, performance improvement initiatives, and facility-specific projects.
• Serving as the primary clinical nutrition liaison between Archbold Health System and Metz Culinary Management.

Experience in acute care, long-term care, nutrition support, malnutrition, regulatory compliance, or clinical leadership is especially valuable.

This is a prominent opportunity in our Healthcare Division and requires a polished and professional identity and winning attitude from a Registered Clinical Dietitian who has a strong leadership background and experienced in the managerial oversite of the Clinical Nutrition Program. Experience managing a team in a large and fast-paced hospital setting required.

Our System Leader will have amazing communication skills, with a sincere and apparent Patient Experience mindset and have the ability to lead a team of Registered Dietitians ensuring the Metz Culinary Management Vision and Values are present in all interactions. CNM must have a Strong background in patient education with knowledge of EMR systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS Degree in Food Service Management, Nutrition, or Dietetics
• Registered Dietitian
• 3 years in a Leadership role
• Current Licensed RD
• Experience in a Contract Dining facility setting
• Electronic Medical Records
• Nutrition Education
