Responsibilities

→Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, waxing, buffing of floors, hallways, stairwells and other facility areas
→Cleaning and refinishing gym floors as needed
→Vacuuming and shampooing rugs and carpets
→Cleaning, polishing and dusting of furniture and fixtures
→Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and replenishing supplies
→Washing windows, walls, mirrors and other areas
→Collecting and disposing of all waste products
→Assisting with the relocation of property
→Reporting of items requiring repair and/or replacement
→Setting up/tearing down areas needed for special events or meetings
→Shoveling/plowing snow, sanding/salting walks and steps as needed
→Picking up debris outside of building
→Working sporting events as needed
→Performing all other duties assigned by administration or the General Manager
