HVAC Tech-MCM EVS

• →Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
• →Clean condenser coils
• →Change equipment air filters
• →Conduct performance tests with specialized tools and adjust system settings
• →Identify maintenance risks on equipment
• →Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
• →Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
• →Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act
• →Other department tasks as assigned

• Universal HVAC license
• 2+ years of experience
• Basic knowledge of computer operation for use of energy management system
• Valid driver’s license
