Responsibilities

→Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
→Clean condenser coils
→Change equipment air filters
→Conduct performance tests with specialized tools and adjust system settings
→Identify maintenance risks on equipment
→Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
→Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
→Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act
→Other department tasks as assigned

Requirements

Universal HVAC license
2+ years of experience
Basic knowledge of computer operation for use of energy management system
Valid driver’s license
