Maintenance

• →Daily internal & external building rounds and inspections
• →Changing HVAC filters
• →Touch up painting and minor drywall repair
• →General landscaping
• →Assist in running fire drills and other safety procedures
• →Running and testing generators
• →Inspect building equipment to ensure safety standards are met
• →Identify and fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
• →Complete work orders assigned by the department manager
• →Other department tasks as assigned

• Must be mechanically inclined
• Valid driver’s license
• Applicable experience
