Retail Supervisor

The Food Service Worker Supervisor oversees daily food service operations, leads staff members, ensures compliance with safety standards, and maintains high-quality food service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising, training, and supporting food service staff
• Assigning tasks, preparing schedules, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels
• Monitoring food preparation, service quality, portion control, and presentation
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Assisting with food prep and service when needed
• Overseeing setup and breakdown of food stations and dining areas
• Checking inventory levels; assisting with receiving, storing, and rotating supplies
• Addressing customer concerns professionally
• Ensuring equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and safely operated
• Enforcing workplace policies, procedures, and performance expectations
• Maintaining accurate records (temperature logs, cleaning checklists, inventory sheets)
• Communicating concerns, issues, or needs to management promptly

• →Maintaining food cost goals
• →Develop and oversee the production of café daily menu
• →Complete weekly productions prop and pull sheets
• →Training and scheduling of café staff
• →Maintain quality service and quality food
• →Adhere to cash handling procedures for register and safe
• →Maintain professional uniform appearance
