HR Generalist I--Employee Experience, Engagement & Operations

Description

The HR Generalist I - Employee Experience, Engagement & Operations supports employees and leaders through a variety of human resources functions with a focus on employee engagement, retention, employee relations, workforce analytics, organizational culture, and continuous process improvement. This position serves as a champion for employee experience while also supporting core HR operational activities and compliance initiatives.

Based on the foundation of our Integrated Care Philosophy, the behavior of all employees in the MDIH Organization should be consistent with the following values:

Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

SHRM-CP, PHR, or related HR certification preferred.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years experience in a Human Resources or other business office environment.

Special Requirements: Excellent people skills. Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and Access a must.

Cognitive Requirements: Ability to multi-task and organize.

Physical Demands: Light lifting, bending.

Environment: Office environment.
