  Possess an Associate of Arts degree in a behavioral science with specialized training in substance abuse and chemical dependency treatment.

• Have completed a Military Department Drug and Alcohol Program Management Activity School leading to Military Department Certification as an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor.

• U.S. citizenship required.

• Ability to successfully complete military installation security screening and credentialing requirements.
