MeBe is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. To help you prepare for the role, MeBe offers one of the top ABA training programs using the Vincent Carbone method. We will invest in two weeks of paid training to prepare you to pass your RBT exam. MeBe Family will also pair you with Supervisors to shadow, ask questions and guide you.

Requirements

Must be at least 18-years-old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
RBT certification preferred. Must obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment (MeBe will help you!)
TRICARE certification is preferred.
Prefer a background in child care; teaching, counseling, babysitting.
Ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), squat, sit, stand, and/or run, (without reasonable accommodations), see with prescription lenses, and hear with hearing aids.
Previous training in First Aid Certified and CPR is preferred
Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to work with computers.
Must obtain CPR/BLS certification before working with clients
Must have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent- required. A bachelor’s degree in areas like Pediatrics or Human Development (Biology) is preferred.
