Responsibilities

    Manage and perform various administrative tasks independently.

    Ensure tasks are completed in a timely and thorough manner.

    Validate changes and keep systems running smoothly (reporting, data, evaluations).

  • →

    Update data in internal systems, including peer reviews.

  • →

    Document and update administrative procedures and client requirements.

  • →

    Suggest process enhancements and support automation of work methods.

  • →

    Act as the first point of contact for clients by providing professional service and communicating clearly.

  • →

    Respond to client requests, follow up as required, and meet established timelines.

  • →

    Identify gaps in quality and efficiency.

  • →

    Create client-focused, tested and proven solutions.

  • →

    Promote a continuous improvement approach.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of group insurance plan administration and ability to learn new systems.

  • Very good knowledge of Excel and Office Suite and ability to manipulate and organize data. Knowledge of VBA/SQL interfaces and languages is an asset. 

  • Expert ability to assemble, analyze and evaluate data of medium to high complexity.

  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.

  • Excellent skills in customer approach.

  • Ability to organize work and information methodically to execute critical tasks in compliance with deadlines.
