Medcor is looking to hire a full-time EMT or Paramedic to join our team at our employer-based occupational health clinic in Fargo, ND. A Typical Day in the Life of a Medcor Occupational Health Technician:

Provide initial assessment, triage, and first aid treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses within your scope of practice.

Evaluate employees presenting with occupational injuries and determine appropriate next steps in care.

Respond to workplace medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.

Perform occupational health services, including health screenings, medical surveillance, and other employer-required testing.

Assist with injury management, follow-up care, and return-to-work coordination.

Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with Medcor policies and applicable regulations.

Build positive working relationships with employees, site leadership, and Medcor's clinical team.

Promote workplace health, wellness, safety, and injury prevention initiatives.

Maintain clinic supplies, equipment, and a clean, organized clinical environment.

Collaborate with Medcor's clinical support team to ensure employees receive appropriate care and guidance.
What We're Looking For:

Current EMT or Paramedic certification/licensure valid in North Dakota.

Previous experience in emergency medical services, emergency response, occupational health, or a related clinical setting.

Strong patient assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently and confidently respond to medical situations.

Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable using electronic medical records and basic computer applications.

Current BLS/CPR certification.

Previous occupational health or onsite clinic experience is a plus, but not required!
