Medcor is looking to hire a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Manager to lead our employer-based occupational health clinic in Fargo, ND. This is a Monday–Friday, day-shift opportunity offering a consistent schedule, great work-life balance, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee health and wellness.

A Typical Day in the Life of a Medcor RN Clinic Manager:

  • Manage the daily operations of an onsite occupational health clinic, ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care.

  • Provide clinical assessment, triage, and treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses within your scope of practice.

  • Perform occupational health services, including health screenings, medical surveillance, and other employer-required testing.

  • Coordinate injury care, follow-up appointments, and return-to-work activities.

  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with Medcor policies and applicable regulations.

  • Develop strong working relationships with employees, site leadership, and Medcor's operations team.

  • Promote workplace health, wellness, injury prevention, and safety initiatives.

  • Ensure clinic supplies, equipment, and medical records are properly maintained.

  • Serve as the primary clinical resource for the onsite workforce while collaborating with Medcor's clinical support team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or a valid multistate compact license.

  • Previous clinical nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, emergency medicine, urgent care, or a similar setting.

  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work independently and confidently manage an onsite clinic.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable working with electronic medical records and basic computer applications.

  • Current BLS/CPR certification.

  • Previous leadership, clinic management, or occupational health experience is a plus!
