Customer Service Rep

Medieval Times is searching for both Part-Time and Full-Time Customer Service Representatives for our national Call Center located in the Atlanta Castle in Lawrenceville, GA. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred!

Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament is North America’s number one dinner attraction. We are also a pretty fantastic place to work! ·      Genuinely love people and guest service (being friendly, courteous, and helpful)

·      Have great sales, listening and communication skills

·      Like working in a fun, fast-paced environment

·      Demonstrate accuracy, detail-orientation and a strong ability to multi-task

·      Love solving problems and finding ways to help

·      Have basic computer skills

·      Can work varied hours/days including nights, weekends, and holidays with extended sitting

·      Answer a high volume of guest calls with awesome care and professionalism

·      Provide information about our show, pricing, and packages

·      Help guests purchase show tickets and proactively sell upgrade experiences

·      Effectively work to resolve any guest concerns, complaints or ticket changes

·      Have a High School diploma or equivalent

·      Have previous guest service experience
