Analyst Business Intelligence

• →Produce actionable reports and dashboards that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems.
• →Create, review, and performance tune dashboards. Ensure dashboards are accurate and display meaningful visual stories.
• →Conduct data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions. Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities.
• →Develop medium-complexity SQLs and procedures. This includes performance tuning SQL.
• →Work with business users to identify analytics requirements on eCommerce and Marketing related projects.
• →Participate as core member of Agile team across all planning, analysis, design, development, and testing activities including participation in all scrum ceremonies.
• →Provide reporting solutions and respond to ad-hoc report requests across multiple business areas.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering or other related field.

• At least 2 years of dashboard development experience using Tableau or other similar technology.
• At least 2 years of experience levering SQL for data analysis and performance tuning.

• Experience working with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Python, R.

• At least 2 years of data modeling experience.
• At least 2 years of experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
• Experience in an agile/scrum environment.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, proficient in MS Word and Access.
