The Associate HR Generalist supports HR and management in delivery of HR services. Under supervision, the Associate HRG provides guidance and solutions on human resources operational issues. In addition, this individual serves as contact for employees and answers questions regarding HR policies and procedures. The Associate HR Generalist also ensures the organization's current HR requirements are met and the HR strategy is implemented effectively.

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$58,000.00 - $87,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
