MBA Intern, Strategic Operations & AI - Summer 2027

Medline’s Internship Program offers MBA students a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully while developing the analytical and leadership skills needed to grow their careers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This 12-week summer internship is designed to immerse professionals within our Strategic Operations & AI organizations, tasked with analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations that influence key business decisions. Interns will gain exposure to senior leaders, participate in professional development sessions, and build lasting connections through curated networking opportunities.

• →Currently pursuing an MBA degree
• →3+ years of professional business experience with Information Technology, AI, or a related field
• →Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data
• →Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community
• →& with vendors along with preferred negotiation experience
• →Demonstrated ability to present to senior management with the purpose of influencing decisions

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$92,000.00 - $138,000.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
