As Medline continues to grow across EMEA, we are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Senior HR Business Partner EMEA Sales & Marketing. Based at our EMEA headquarters in Utrecht, you will partner with senior commercial leaders across 27 countries and play a key role in driving organizational growth, leadership capability, and workforce performance.
Reporting to the Senior HR Director EMEA, you will support the Sales & Marketing organization across regions including DACH, France, UK & Ireland, Iberia, Benelux, Italy, Middle East & Africa, and Eastern Europe.
The Opportunity
In this highly visible role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business strategy into people initiatives that enable sustainable growth and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
~1 min read· Partner with senior Sales & Marketing leaders across EMEA on strategic people topics.
· Influence business decisions through coaching, consulting, and HR expertise.
· Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and performance improvement.
· Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives aligned with business growth.
· Support transformation programs, restructures, and change management efforts.
· Advise leaders on organizational structures, capabilities, and operating models.
· Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
· Partner with leaders on performance, engagement, retention, and career development.
· Foster inclusive leadership and strong leadership pipelines across the region.
· Use HR data and business insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
· Provide recommendations on workforce planning, engagement, turnover, and organizational performance.
· Work closely with HR Centers of Expertise, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, HR Technology, and Learning & Development.
· Support the delivery of key HR processes, including compensation reviews, talent planning, performance management, engagement initiatives, and workforce planning.
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 8+ years' experience in HR Business Partnering or HR leadership roles.
· Proven ability to influence senior leaders and support commercial organizations.
· Strong expertise in organizational design, change management, workforce planning, and talent management.
· Experience operating in an international, matrixed environment.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity, and rapid growth.
· Willingness to travel within EMEA.
Nice to Have

· Experience with Works Councils, employee relations, and cross-country HR matters.
· Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
