• →Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments to support timely collections.
• →Reconcile customer balances and resolve discrepancies involving invoices, payments, and credit notes.
• →Coordinate with Sales, Customer Care, and Finance to resolve disputes and remove payment barriers.
• →Monitor payment commitments and escalate overdue accounts or potential credit risks in line with company procedures.
• →Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer communications, and account status.
• →Prepare accounts receivable updates highlighting overdue balances, collection progress, and required follow-up actions.

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least two years of experience in accounts receivable or collections.
• Experience in customer account reconciliation, overdue payment follow-up, and invoice discrepancy resolution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and written and verbal business communication in Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in credit and collections within the healthcare or medical device industry.
• Hands-on experience using SAP for accounts receivable activities and customer account reporting.
