• →HBO work & thinking level 
• →2+ years’ experience in export-related customer care/service, order management or logistics
• →Fluent in English language in word and writing
• →Customer focus and can-do mindset
• →Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• →Computer literacy (MS-Office and ERP systems)
• →Strong sense of responsibility and high flexibility
• →Able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment and to deal with stress 
• →Pro-Active role in communicating with all parties involved in regional processes, and identify needs
• →Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• →Result orientation by using data, KPI’s/Metrics and making active use of tools and systems like MOS, CAP and Lean Sigma

We would prefer if you had experience with Emerging Markets and/or Intercompany and was proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint.
