• →Install, inspect and commission Affera systems in accordance with manufacturer procedures, quality standards and applicable regulations.
• →Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, upgrades, safety checks and technical verification at customer sites.
• →Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, networking and system-level issues, escalating when required.
• →Provide clear technical support to customers and coordinate resolutions with regional and global support teams.
• →Document service activities accurately and on time, including technical findings, parts usage and customer confirmation.
• →Manage assigned tools, test equipment, spare parts and service inventory in line with company requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualification in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, biomedical engineering, automation or a related field.
• Significant hands-on field service experience with complex equipment in medical technology or another regulated technical environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret technical documentation, electrical diagrams and service instructions.
• Fluent Polish and professional working proficiency in English.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across Poland, including overnight stays and occasional international travel.

• Experience servicing electrophysiology, cardiac ablation, mapping, navigation or other advanced medical systems.
• Experience supporting equipment used in electrophysiology laboratories, catheterization laboratories or operating rooms.
• Experience with systems combining hardware, software, networking and clinical applications.
