• →Provide technical and clinical expertise to customers and internal commercial teams on capital equipment products and therapies.
• →Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and educational programs to healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders.
• →Support product implementation activities, including installation coordination, onboarding, and post-installation follow-up.
• →Provide procedural support in operating room environments to assist with product utilization and therapy adoption.
• →Conduct onsite customer education and clinical training to support effective product usage and workflow integration.
• →Collaborate with sales, clinical, and technical teams to address customer needs and facilitate issue resolution.
• →Support local market development initiatives that increase product awareness, education, and therapy adoption.
• →Assist with tender-related activities, documentation requirements, and disposable product sales support.

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry, OR an advanced degree in a healthcare-related field with 0 years of experience.
• Experience delivering customer-facing technical, clinical, educational, or product support activities.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout Croatia and Slovenia, approximately 60-70% of the time.
• Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer and business priorities.
• Ability to travel more than 60-70% of the time.

• Experience within the medical device industry.
• Educational background in medicine, bioengineering, life sciences, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Experience supporting capital equipment implementation, utilization, or clinical adoption activities.
• Experience providing operating room or procedural support within hospital environments.
• Experience partnering with key opinion leaders, hospital stakeholders, and healthcare organizations.
