MedVet is seeking a part time or full time Medical Director to lead our team at our Campbell and Mountain View emergency and specialty hospitals in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area.

Who You Are:

→Have demonstrated leadership with a strong track record of success during times of change, transformation, and rapid growth.
→Have at least 5-7 years of progressive growth and experience in a veterinary organization.
→Have the capability to effectively manage conflict in highly emotional situations with grace and maturity.
→Board-certified veterinary specialists, experienced ER veterinarians, veterinarians with military leadership, veterinarians with animal health leadership, or veterinarians with equivalent experience are ideal.

MedVet Campbell and Mountain View have an extremely experienced 24/7 Emergency and Critical Care department where our emergency doctors have the option to develop their skills in surgery and endoscopy. We also have a Cardiologist, Criticalist, Internist, Surgeon, mobile radiology service, and a highly collaborative relationship with MedVet specialists at our neighboring hospitals. The doctors, technicians, and team pride themselves on maintaining a highly collaborative and supportive environment in which to provide excellent care to our patients, clients, and referring veterinarians. The hospital is staffed 24 hours a day with a highly trained ICU nursing team and is equipped with on-site digital radiology, ultrasound, and endoscopy.
