The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with the Epic Provider Record, strong knowledge of Epic provider data and workflows, and experience supporting a large and complex healthcare organization. The resource will work closely with Epic application teams, Credentialing, Medical Staff Services, Human Resources, IT, clinical operations, security, and other stakeholders to ensure providers are properly established and maintained throughout their lifecycle.
The Application Analyst is responsible for administration and support related to Memorial's business or clinical applications. This role provides daily management of applications for moderately complex or standard applications. The Analyst also supports systems designing, building/configuring, testing, debugging and installation in partnership with business application vendors for technical support.

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. May require specialized knowledge in a business line.
Required Work Experience: Must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; no work experience required OR
Associates degree in a relevant field with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience OR
High School Diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience
Other Information: Additional Education Info: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
