~1 min read- Two (2) years of investment management experience preferred, allocator experience preferred (i.e. conducting investment due diligence on fund managers).
- Experience in the non-profit investment management space preferred (i.e., Universities, Endowments, Healthcare, etc.)
- Organized, strong attention to detail and ability to work with diverse teams
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Fund manager due diligence.
- Monitors portfolio of investments and maintains performance monitoring systems.
- Makes recommendations on manager sizing, portfolio construction and asset allocation.
- Partners with Investment Consultant and other relevant investment office vendors, as needed.
- Reviews and ensures compliance with Investment Policy Statement.
- Ongoing internal reporting, including Investment Committee.
- Drives professional development by seeking education to meet skills competency.
- Works with colleagues to ensure high-performing and inclusive environment.
- Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
- Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency; supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staff.
