Program Administrator

Our Program Administrator will supervise all Lead Direct Support Professionals and Direct Support Professionals. You will assist with the planning and scheduling of activities for individuals in the home and the community and assist the Program Director with the management of individual funds including requests, expenditures, receipts, reconciliation and record keeping. You will also ensure that individual goals and behavior programs are implemented and documented as written.

Earn: $80,000 - $85,000 based on experience and education

Shift: Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm; weekends as needed and on call based on business needs

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Provide day-to-day administrative oversight to ensure the safe and effective operation of the residential program.
• Assess, admit, and oversee services for individuals served while maintaining their dignity, rights, and well-being.
• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate staff; maintain required supervision documentation and support employee development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, agency policies, documentation standards, and continuing education requirements.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, staffing coverage, and personnel record requests.
• Monitor client records, data collection, treatment documentation, medication records, and related program documentation.
• Manage household operations, including food service, grocery inventory, meal planning, and safety preparedness activities.
• Coordinate monthly fire drills, quarterly disaster drills, and maintain familiarity with physician orders and care plans.
• Respond to staffing needs, including on-call scheduling support and shift coverage when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support program operations and quality care.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods; use hands and fingers to operate equipment; climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and operate a motor vehicle for work-related travel. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a verifiable/High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred.
• At least one (1) year supervisory experience in a group home or residential setting.
• Must have at least two (2) years of verifiable experience working with I/DD, MH, or BH individuals in a adolescent group home or residential setting.
• Dual Diagnose experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Required to complete a DSP 1 certification, within 1 year of hired date.
• Required to complete a DSP 2 certification within 1 year of hired date.
• Required to complete an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification within 2 months of hired date.
• Must have Adult Residential Facility (ARF) certification (completed training and passed test)
