About the Role
~1 min readJoin a passionate and supportive Learning and Development team dedicated to developing the next generation of mental health nurses. Working across inpatient, residential and community services, you'll play a key role in shaping a skilled, confident and compassionate workforce while making a meaningful impact on consumer care.
In this role you will:
- Provide practical, hands-on clinical education, supervision and support to Early Career Graduate and Post Graduate Nursing staff, developing the knowledge, skills and confidence required to deliver high-quality mental health care.
- Design, coordinate and deliver education and professional development activities that meet the needs of all staff working across inpatient, residential and community mental health services.
- Be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, leading evidence-based education, fostering recovery-oriented practice and contributing to the recruitment, development and retention of the future mental health workforce.
