Through the battles and the breakthroughs, we're there. Where will you be?

For over a century, our incredible teams have provided care for people when they need it most. Our people feel great pride in this, and they value the security and stability we offer. But it also means so much opportunity - to build on all that’s gone before, to grow your impact and gain experience that’s hard to find elsewhere.

As a for-purpose organisation with over 10,000 dedicated, compassionate people, we continue to offer more services and deeper care than ever before. With Mercy, you’ll have the chance to make an impact and gain experience that’s hard to find elsewhere.

Werribee Mercy Hospital is entering a landmark new phase, with the opening of a major Emergency Department expansion. This expansion will significantly increase our capacity and enable us to meet the rapidly growing healthcare needs of the Wyndham community, providing timely, high-quality emergency care to an additional 25,000 patients each year. This expansion will double the current ED capacity, featuring 34 new treatment spaces, including state-of-the-art resuscitation bays and dedicated short-stay beds. If you want to work in a brand-new environment with modern equipment and a supportive, values-based culture, this is your opportunity.

  • Enhance your critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Receive support and education from a dedicated specialised ED education team
