- Own end to end recruiting for all SF based roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and executives.
- Drive full lifecycle searches across both technical (Engineering, Product, Data, Design) and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Ops) functions.
- Proactively source top talent and build strong pipelines in competitive West Coast markets.
- Run rigorous calibration and closing processes, including navigating complex compensation and equity conversations.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while elevating Merge’s brand in SF.
- Use recruiting data and insights to improve hiring speed, quality, and overall process efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally to continuously improve our recruiting strategy and tooling
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience across both technical and GTM roles.
- Startup experience in a fast paced, high ownership environment.
- Proven track record of sourcing, closing, and hiring high quality talent.
- Strong ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with attention to detail.
- High ownership, scrappy execution, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Experience with Greenhouse, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Modernloop, Brighthire, or similar tools.
