We are currently seeking a full-time Associate Dentist primarily based in Marion, Indiana, with occasional support at our Fort Wayne and Portland locations.

Choose the work schedule that works best for you:

• 4-day work week (4 x 10-hour days)

• Traditional 5-day work week (5 x 8-hour days)

As an Associate Dentist, you'll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care while developing meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Responsibilities include:

• →Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments.
• →Diagnose and develop treatment plans for acute and long-term dental needs.
• →Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care.
• →Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care.
• →Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging as needed.
• →Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• →Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support whole-person care.
• →Manage dental emergencies and urgent patient needs.
• →Ensure continuity of care through follow-up visits and patient communication.
• →Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory requirements.
• →Stay current with advancements in dentistry and evidence-based practices.

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

• Current Indiana Dental License (or ability to obtain)
• DEA and CSR certification
