To provide strategic and operational leadership for clinic-based nursing and clinical support teams. This role oversees daily clinical operations, patient care delivery, staff development, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and fiscal stewardship to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. The Nurse Manager partners collaboratively with Physicians, APPs, and department leadership to drive clinical excellence, employee engagement, patient satisfaction, and alignment with organizational goals and standards.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, American Heart Association
Current certifications as required by department

3 to 5 years Nurse Manager experience, preferred
2 years of hospital nursing experience or demonstrated comparable achievement
