Dietary Dining Room / Tray Service Staff (Cleaning & Sanitation)

Mfinite Consulting is hiring Dietary Dining Room / Tray Service Staff to support tray service, dining room setup, and sanitation for veteran residents at the New Hampshire Veterans Home. This is a resident-facing role where your attentiveness, professionalism, and care help create a positive mealtime experience for residents every day.

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM

• →Set up and break down the dining room for resident meal service.
• →Deliver and collect meal trays while providing tray and dining room service support.
• →Clean and sanitize floors, tables, chairs, and dining surfaces according to facility protocols.
• →Support resident-facing meal service with dignity, patience, and attentiveness.
• →Coordinate with kitchen and dietary aide staff to keep meal service organized and running smoothly.
• →Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.
• →Perform additional duties related to meal service and resident needs as assigned.

• Prior food service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push carts.
• Ability to clean and sanitize floors, tables, chairs, and other surfaces.
• Comfort working directly with elderly and veteran residents, including individuals in memory care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide respectful and compassionate service to residents.
• Flexibility to work indoors and/or outdoors depending on event needs.

Per NHVH contract requirements, all candidates must complete the following prior to their start date:

• Criminal background check (National Criminal Records Check or NH Release of Criminal Record Authorization).
• BEAS State Registry check.
• OIG Exclusion List screening at hire, with monthly re-screening thereafter.
• Annual Conviction Disclosure Attestation.
• Fitness-for-duty attestation, and physical/drug testing where applicable.
• Review and attestation of NHVH policies and procedures at hire and annually.
• Note: Former NHVH employees are not eligible for placement without prior NHVH approval.
