Technical Specialist (Platform Expert) – Contract (Raleigh, NC)

Mfinite Consulting is building a pool of senior technical specialists for contract assignments with North Carolina state and public-sector agencies in the Raleigh area. Assignments typically run 12 months, often with extensions; agencies set the schedule (onsite, hybrid or remote).

• $65 – $75 per hour, based on experience and skill level
• Full-time, about 40 hours per week
• Contract assignment; W-2 hourly employee of Mfinite Consulting LLC
• Direct deposit

• →Serve as the technical lead for a specific platform, product or technology stack (for example ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Microsoft 365/Azure, data or integration platforms)
• →Guide development, configuration and support teams beyond the developer level
• →Analyze, design, configure, test and implement solutions on that platform
• →Handle data analysis, conversions, upgrades and production support
• →Write technical and user documentation; mentor State staff

• Deep, hands-on expertise in at least one enterprise platform or technology (Junior 1–3 years, Mid-Level 3–5, Senior 5–7, Expert 7+)
• Track record of designing and delivering solutions, not just supporting them
• Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders
• Eligible to work in the U.S.; able to pass a background check

• Vendor certifications for your platform (ServiceNow CSA/CIS, Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, AWS)
• State or federal government implementation experience
