→Assist the team in maintaining a quality management system for the MGA;
→Support in keeping records of controlled documents up-to-date;
→Assist in maintaining a register of controlled documents for the MGA and ensure that such documents are regularly re-evaluated, and updated as necessary;
→Assist in Quality awareness campaigns;
→Contribute to simple quality control tasks;
→Help in preparing and reviewing standard generic templates;
→Perform other administrative and support tasks as required by the team.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science subjects;
Interest in learning about quality management and/or process improvement;
Basic understanding of quality principles will be considered an asset;
Good organisational and analytical skills;
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in carrying out tasks;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
Eagerness to learn, ask questions and contribute ideas; and
Able to work in a team and take guidance from other team members.
