Responsibilities

→Lead the Advisory Solutions Contracting function, establishing governance, controls, and scalable processes.
→Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and align contracting strategy with business goals.
→Develop contracting strategies balancing growth objectives with risk.

Oversee full contract lifecycle including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewals.
Manage high-volume pipeline of agreements including 1099 and vendor contracts.
Prioritize requests and maintain service-level timelines.

Drive workflow optimization, automation, and process improvements.
Enforce governance standards and approval workflows.
Own capacity planning and resource allocation.

Mentor and develop team members.
Support strategic initiatives and change management.

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree required.
Five (5) or more years of experience in contract management or related fields.
Prior leadership experience.
Experience managing complex agreements.
