Histology Technician Lev II

The purpose of this job is to prepare tissue specimens for microscopic examination and to perform special stains procedures.

• Junior College/Technical School is required (An Associates Degree or 60 semester hour in an accredited institution)
• Must be ASCP registered or eligible and successful completion of the Registry exam with one year of employment or be reassigned 
• Minimum of 1 to 2 Years of Position-Related Experience is required
• 2 to 5 Years of Position-Related Experience is preferred
